In order to improve the service capability of sales personnel and to ensure more professional and efficient services to customers, all members of Aquark Sales Team went to the factory for one-day technical training.
On the factory site, the R & D engineers explained the product structure to us and demonstrated the simple operation of machine assembly and disassembly. We learned about the installation of the machine, including water inlet/outlet tap, drain pipes and joints, the connection of water pipes/water pumps, etc. Besides, the connection of power cords and replacement of maintenance parts, the operation of WIFI controller and the connection of 10M controller are also parts of our training course. We even did it manually to make sure we can apply what we have just learned.
The atmosphere of training congregates with everyone dedicating all their attention to studying. It was a rewarding training day, everyone came back with fruitful results. The new year 2020 has arrived, we look forward to bringing every customer more professional and efficient services.
