Aquanale, the international trade fair for sauna, pool and ambience, is taking place in Cologne on 5-8 November 2019. Exhibitors from worldwide will present products for private, hotel and public pools.
There are around 800,000 privately used pools and around 5,000 public ones in Germany. Boosted by growing health consciousness, a low-interest-rate policy in Europe that makes investing in private property an attractive option. Driven by demographic development, the demand for gentle forms of exercise is growing, which allows the swimming pool and wellness industry look to the future with optimism.
