2020 is a particular year for everyone. The Covid-19 has fundamentally changed the way we work, we live and we communicate with each other. Looking back on the past year, we have gone through difficult times, we helped those in need and received support from others. 2020 is a year of crises, but it’s also a year of being together.
This year, the InverPad technology has earned the trust of global partners, our product has been distributed to over 35 countries and regions. Thanks for the efforts of every team member and the trust you placed in us. This amazing result would not be obtained without your support.

AQUARK：2020 YEAR IN REVIEW
ENSURING BUSINESS CONTINUITY WITH TELECOMMUTING (FEBRUARY, 2020)
At the beginning of this year, COVID-19 upended our life. Everyone had to stay at home for health and safety. Even so, we still keep working and guarantee business continuity through video conferencing, messaging and document sharing. When exposed to a sudden emergency, we managed to take a quick response and found flexible approaches to provide timely customer service.
CREATING A SAFE SPACE FOR STAFF RETURNING TO WORK (MARCH, 2020)
With the lifting of the lockdown and the reopening of factories, all of our workers were ready to resume work. Checking body temperature, wearing masks and disinfecting became basic procedures to promote our health, safety and productivity in the plant.
SENDING FACE MASKS TO FIGHT AGAINST COVID-19 (APRIL, 2020)
Knowing that our overseas partners were facing a shortage, we managed to send them masks to help them fight against the pandemic. We sent masks and we received warm thank-you note. Business is never just cold math, it could also be real friendship based on trust and support.
MOVING ONLINE TO UNLOCK NEW OPPORTUNITIES (OCTOBER, 2020)
Attending virtual expos became a new solution for us to network with partners. It provided a perfect platform for meaningful interactions with industry peers and opened up the gate to new opportunities and partnerships.
BOOSTING HOPES FOR FUTURE GROWTH (SEPTEMBER-DECEMBER, 2020)
With the joint effort of all customers, partners and employees, we overcame many difficulties. Business was carried out smoothly, production capacity was enhanced continuously and delivery was fulfilled on schedule. Most importantly, the tie between us had further strengthened, giving us better expectations of healthy growth in 2021.
The world would remain in uncertainties for the coming years, but we will keep moving forward regardless of any possible obstacles. Sunshine comes after the storm, we hope to discover with you a new year full of hope and promise.
